Overview Visual Merchandising Specialist responsible for ensuring company-directed VM strategies and standards are brought to life in-store. The role involves product presentation, styling, in-store marketing elements, and delivering a world-class guest experience on the floor.
Core Responsibilities Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
Implement brand standards in key product stories, placement, and store navigation to optimize guest experience and drive sell-through.
Execute product presentation that is powerful, visually appealing, and aligned with company standards.
Perform VM updates such as window activations, mannequin styling, signage, labels, and seasonal or weekly merchandise changes as directed.
Engage with guests to assess needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into the guest experience.
Provide in-the-moment feedback and training on brand standards and display techniques to support team development.
Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by building supportive relationships with colleagues.
Qualifications & Experience 1 year of retail or sales experience.
Experience or education in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning, or a related field.
Job Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
Must be able to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
Schedule & Availability Schedule varies based on store needs, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
During peak times or special events, early mornings or late nights may be required.
Job Assets (Nice to Have) Education : High school diploma or higher; design-related training or degree is a plus.
Experience in merchandising, inventory management, or project management is helpful.
Food safety and / or liquor service certification may be required for experiential stores with food / beverage service.

Compensation & Benefits Base Pay Range : $20.00 - $23.01 / hour (varies by location, aligned to minimum wage).
Total Target Base Pay Range : $22.00 - $25.01 / hour, including target bonus of $2.00 / hour.
