Our AI Partner Catalyst Team (APC) will drive the future of AI innovation across our Azure ecosystem. This team will be accountable for empowering the next generation of AI native companies, including those focused on AI silicon, foundational models, and intelligent agentsto build, scale, and thrive on the Microsoft Cloud.

The team's core mission is to fuel Azure AI cloud adoption and drive business growth for AI / Digital native, AI silicon, foundation model & agent companies. We will deliver on this by providing best-in-class technical partnership, go-to-market acceleration, and continuous platform innovation.

This Chief of Staff, AI Partner Catalyst Team drives strategic business operations, partnering closely with leadership to align execution and company goals. It leads the rhythm of business, business continuity, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) tracking, while shaping organizational health, sales excellence, and cross-functional initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor and proxy for the leader, the role ensures seamless operations, fosters culture and compliance, and delivers high-impact results across the enterprise.
