Overview

We need a senior hands-on technician to diagnose, service, and optimize a bank of –40 °ree;C glycol process chillers supporting an industrial operation. Several units are healthy; others require troubleshooting and performance tuning. You’ll collaborate with an experienced on-site maintenance team and have full technical documentation (P&IDs, schematics, controls architecture, fault logs, photos).

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair glycol chiller hardware and controls (compressors, valves, pumps, HX, sensors, VFDs, PLC / HMI).
• Reverse-engineer undocumented sections as needed; re-tune control loops and implement corrective actions.
• Perform leak checks, dehydration / vacuum, charge / oil management, electrical terminations, calibration.
• Analyze fault / operating data and deliver clear action plans and updates.
• Create / maintain documentation : parameter sets, parts lists, updated P&IDs / as-builts, and maintenance SOPs.
• Coordinate daily with the in-house maintenance team and remote technical stakeholders.
