Behavioral Technician

RCM Healthcare is currently staffing Behavioral Interventionists to provide support to IEP students in the Montebello California area.

Paraprofessionals and Behavioral Interventionists assist students, in a classroom setting or a one-to-one relationship, to meet the goals expressed in the student's individualized educational program, under the direction of an BCBA, when a Behavior Intervention Plan is in place.

Behavioral Technician Responsibilities :

  • Implement student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) and Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP), using ABA
