We are currently seeking a Employee Relations Advisor to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

This role can be remote for the right candidate

Roles & Responsibilities :

Responsible for developing and implementing employee relations strategies and maintaining an environment that delivers desired business results and supports employee engagement. Influences all levels of the organization to effectively handle all volatile conflict situations that have high organizational impact. Involved in the planning, development, implementation, and administration of employee relations policies and procedures. Audits the organization to identify employee relations issues or concerns and recommends appropriate actions to address and resolve those issues. Responds to employees inquiries, questions, and complaints, provides information, guidance, and direction on HR programs, processes, and procedures to employees and managers. Tracks and compiles issue logs and complaints, provides feedback on HR policy and programs to area specialist and management.

Basic Qualifications :

• Requires 8 years of relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree / Bachelor's
• Exceptional understanding of HR policies, practices, and administrative guidelines
• Excellent client service skills, including the ability to handle issues in a timely & professional manner
• Maintains a high level of integrity and business ethics
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, high level of tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality
• Expert knowledge of employee relations practices and procedures
• Expert oral and written communication skills
