Job Description

We are looking for a Consulting Lead with advanced functional and technical knowledge of Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud Security, including demonstrated experience of implementing RBAC, sensitive access, and segregation of duties controls. Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (Advanced Access Controls including Access Certification, Advanced Financial Controls, etc.) and HCM Advanced Controls is highly desirable. As an IC4, you will mentor junior team members, shape best practices, and collaborate closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and Oracle product development.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the successful design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud Security, including Risk Mgmt Cloud / Advanced HCM Controls deployment for large and complex environments.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer engagements on security and access control matters, providing expert guidance and hands-on leadership.

Identify security and controls product gaps; work closely with Oracle Product Development to recommend enhancements or solutions.

Deliver end-to-end project documentation such as requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment materials.

Conduct security, risk, and SoD assessments; design and implement remediation and mitigation strategies in alignment with industry best practices and compliance frameworks.

Develop, refine, and contribute to the security best practice library, content accelerators, and reusable implementation frameworks.

Collaborate on internal initiatives to improve solution scalability, accelerate project delivery, and enhance service quality.

Engage in multiple large-scale projects and workstreams simultaneously, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.

Mentor less experienced team members and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Qualifications :

8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP / HCM Security, with significant hands-on experience in large and complex environments.

Proven track record in implementing ERP and HCM Security controls, Data Security, RBAC, SoD, and Oracle Advanced Controls solutions.

Strong business process understanding and ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to interact confidently with clients, executives, technical teams, and third parties.

Ability to critically evaluate information from diverse sources and resolve complex security challenges proactively.

Experience in leading project workstreams or teams and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; advanced degrees or security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, Oracle Cloud certifications) are a plus.

CA : Hiring Range in CAD from : $66,800 to $145,900 per annum.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
