Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries and pick-ups of rental generators.
  • Track and schedule regular maintenance for rental generators – PMIs, PMOs, repairs, and annual maintenance.
  • Coordinate fleet and equipment availability, including generators, distribution equipment, fuel tanks, and cables (Utilization).
  • Coordinate rental technician’s daily schedules.
  • Rental Sales Support : Assist in getting signed proposals, upload documents and vendor quotes, track missing documents, communicate with clients.
  • Order parts from the Parts Department based on rental technician service quotes and recommendations, and schedule repairs when parts come in.
  • Schedule oil changes and other repairs for rental technician’s vehicles.
  • Available outside of normal business hours (including weekends) for emergencies, questions, client-related issues, and scheduling.
  • Maintain relationship with clients and vendors.
  • Work with Coal Center office and assist scheduling jobs when needed.

    • Education / Experience :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of related experience

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time
