• Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Team
• Recruit, train, and develop a dynamic team of swim instructors and deck staff.
• Lead by example teach lessons, mentor staff, and uphold the highest program standards.
• Foster a positive, motivating team culture through communication, feedback, and recognition.
• Ensure instructors deliver consistent, safe, and engaging lessons that follow our proven curriculum.
