Unique Part-Time Opportunity - Travel Across Washington State!

We're hiring for a one-of-a-kind part-time role that offers full-time hours every other week - perfect for someone who loves flexibility and travel.

• Travel to various locations anywhere in Washington State every other week
• Work 40 hours during that week - shifts can be any day between 8am-8pm, up to 10 hours / day (4 / 10s are totally doable!)

In this role you will have the ability to achieve work life balance. Flexible scheduling offered where providers can flex their time over the 7-day work week. No on-call, no weekends and no holidays required.

This role requires travel across the entire state of Washington, approximately 85% of the time. All travel expenses are covered, and there is likewise a base salary plus multiple incentives.

PLEASE NOTE Employees must be in an active regular status. Employees must remain in role for a minimum of 12 months from the date of hire / rehire / transfer. If an employee leaves Home and Community, the student loan repayments will cease. The employee must remain in an Advanced Practice Clinician or Physician role within Home and Community for 36 months to receive the full benefit of the student loan repayments.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
