A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Radiation Therapist in Charlotte, NC, specializing in outpatient ambulatory cancer patient care. This role involves working with advanced technology, including Varian Truebeam and Aria systems, within a busy department operating three machines daily. The department manages a high patient volume, typically treating between 60 and 100 patients each day.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments to oncology patients using Varian Truebeam / Aria systems.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and treatment efficacy.
  • Manage daily operation of radiation therapy machines while maintaining quality control standards.
  • Document treatment plans and patient progress accurately.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist preferred.
  • Certification as a Radiotherapy Technologist (ARRT-T) is required.
  • BLS certification mandatory.
