Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Assistant located in Northbrook, IL. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting with clinical tasks such as patient care, medical procedures, and administering medications. Daily tasks include medical records, scheduling appointments, preparing examination rooms, and maintaining medical supplies. The role requires effective communication with medical staff and patients to ensure quality care and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Assisting and familiarity with Medical Terminology
• Experience in managing Medical Office tasks and handling Medical Records
• Strong Patient Care skills and experience assisting with medical procedures
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Certification as a Medical Assistant preferred
• CPR certification is desirable
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in medical assisting is a plus
