Enrollment Trainer

A company is looking for an Enrollment Trainer for the College of Adult and Graduate Studies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver onboarding training for new Enrollment Counselors (ECs) and ongoing training for existing ECs

Conduct coaching, observation, and development programs to enhance enrollment skills and processes

Collaborate with management to identify training needs and facilitate effective communication across departments

Required Qualifications

Minimum of two years of experience in training and enrollment, preferably in a college environment

Bachelor's degree in business or related field; Master's degree preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and related software

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

Leadership skills with a strong understanding of sales processes
