We're excited to offer Occupational Therapy services and are looking for a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our passionate and supportive team.

Job Responsibilities

Complete evaluations and re-evaluations using standardized assessments, clinical observation, and caregiver input

Develop individualized plans of care based on evaluation results

Deliver evidence-based OT interventions tailored to client needs

Maintain full-time caseload with consistent and accurate documentation (daily notes, progress reports, discharge summaries)

Update care plans based on progress and reassessment

Collaborate with caregivers and provide home programming support

Create visual supports and sensory tools for clients

Participate in staff trainings, interdisciplinary meetings, and assist the OT Director as needed

Travel between clinic locations as necessary

Qualifications

Valid Texas OT License in good standing (ECPTOTE & NBCOT)

Valid NPI and CAQH profile

Pediatric experience preferred (1+ year)

Able to pass background check and drug screen

Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Physically able to work with children and therapy equipment

Reliable transportation
