Building Maintenance Assistant

We are currently looking for a full-time Building Maintenance Assistant who will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our beautiful community. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BUILDING MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

As an entry-level Building Maintenance Assistant, you perform a host of different general labor tasks including painting, repairing appliances, plumbing, and doing electrical work. You're also responsible for some preventative maintenance and landscaping.

Your work schedule is Monday through Friday, with the possibility of working some weekends. On a typical day, you keep busy with a combination of completing requests and performing preventative maintenance. We want to offer a work-life balance to our employees, so we offer flexibility in scheduling. You love keeping busy with a variety of tasks, which is why you're perfect in this general labor role!

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE A BUILDING MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT?

• Previous building maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
