Commercial Roofer Technician Helper

Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC . is a leading regional commercial roofing contractor committed to quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Technician Helper to support our roofing technicians on job sites throughout the Memphis area.

Position Overview :

The Technician Helper will assist experienced roofing technicians in daily operations, ensuring job sites are prepared, equipment is maintained, and projects are completed safely and efficiently. This entry-level position offers excellent opportunities for career development and hands-on experience in the commercial roofing industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with installation and repairs of various commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, metal, etc.)
• Load, unload, and move roofing materials and tools
• Remove debris and old roofing materials from job sites
• Help set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment
• Use hand and power tools as needed
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Follow instructions from supervisors and senior roofers

Qualifications :

Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions

Basic knowledge of construction or roofing is helpful but not required

Ability to work as part of a team and follow safety guidelines
