This opportunity is with a medium-sized organization specializing in commercial construction and light industrial construction mostly ground up. The Savannah office is around 50 strong and continues to grow as an elite local business that works throughout the Southeast Georgia and Southeast coastal area.

Job Description

Manage all phases of property development projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors to support long-term collaboration.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have : proven ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously. Construction experience with light industrial and commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of property development processes and construction industry standards. Experience in budget management and financial forecasting. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
