Clinical Office Leader
The Clinical Office Leader will work closely with the other members of the team to ensure exceptional clinic operations through effective and efficient patient and employee care. This individual is not a micro-manager but is instead a culture leader that takes pride in creating a culture of excellence that drives the willingness of all our team members to take individual ownership of problems and opportunities.
The Clinical Office Leader will be responsible for a single clinic or a territory of clinics, underneath an assigned Office Manager. This coordinator is responsible for people management by handling clinic Human Resource functions, managing staff, and responding to customer complaints about the clinic(s).
This position has the authority to oversee clinic personnel and provide directions for staff members. This position will handle the scheduling of staff, management of labor, basic employee relations, performance management, and more. It also includes the professional look and feel of the clinic, the appropriate level of supplies necessary to run the clinic and the overall teamwork and communication displayed at the location of responsibility.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Create schedules for the Receptionist, Medical Assistants, and Office Administrative staff
- Monitor, Approve, and deny PTO requests for the Receptionist, Medical Assistants, and Office Administrative staff
- Be first point of contact for all clinical staff under their purview
- Manage staff operational quota by handling the interviewing and onboarding process for all clinics under their purview
- Be part of various staff employee relations process with the division HR team
- Work with divisional HR to facilitate HR initiatives at the clinic(s) under positions purview
- Handle patient complaints in relation to the staff and the clinic(s)
- Mentoring staff on HR topics as well as customer service and clinical care topics
- Applies excellent customer service standards for all interactions with facilities providing data to OIW
- Maintains patient confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines
- Follow all HIPAA & OSHA standards
- Other tasks as required by provider

Education / Qualification Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferable in Human Resource, Business, or Health Care2+ years of Human Resource experience2+ years of customer service experience2+ years of health care experience preferredPhysical / Mental Demands :
Able to read, write and communicate in EnglishHave cognitive skills for math, decision making and excellent communication skillsWork in a temperature-controlled environmentPotential for contact with chemicals, blood borne pathogens, and exposure to infectious disease.Able to lift 25 pounds using proper lifting techniques several times during shiftShift : Monday- Friday

Occasional Travel may be required to Mequon and Mt Pleasant as needed
Pay : 65,000-75,000
