Perks include : Competitive hourly pay starting at $17 / hour Employee dining discounts Supportive, experienced leadership Opportunities to grow your culinary skills in a refined and rewarding setting Responsibilities Attendance and Punctuality are of utmost importance Work closely with our Executive Chef and culinary team to contribute to an evolving, seasonal menu Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Uphold standards of cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, and ensure all food quality and standards are met Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, grills, fryers, and ovens Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours Monitor food safety practices to comply with health regulations and maintain a safe working environment Assist in inventory management by tracking food supplies and reporting shortages as needed Participate in the training of new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols Requirements Demonstrate exceptional commitment to your work Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role within the food service or restaurant industry Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations Proficient knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment A passion for cooking and commitment to delivering high-quality meals to guests Physical Requirements Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours Must be able to move, pull or lift at least 40 pounds Ready to Craft Something Special?
