A company is looking for a Warranty Claims Processor to manage and process warranty and parts claims efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Review, validate, and process warranty claims for HVAC parts, ensuring timely and accurate handling of all documentation
Act as the customer point of contact for all claim status and issues, escalating as necessary
Maintain records, generate status reports, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in claims processing, customer service, or a related field, particularly in the HVAC industry
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proficient in using claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with HVAC systems and components is a plus
