Overview

A growing, high-demand urology practice in Schenectady, NY is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join its well-supported, hospital-employed team. This full-scope position includes outpatient and inpatient responsibilities, with robotics available and a strong built-in referral network.

Position Highlights

Practice Setting : Inpatient & outpatient

Call Schedule : To be discussed

Facility : Robotic OR suite with Da Vinci Xi

Services Provided : BPH, urinary cancers, voiding dysfunction, stones, incontinence, urologic oncology, sexual dysfunction

Support : Experienced urologist and interdisciplinary team

Referral Network : Extensive built-in system-wide referrals

EMR : Epic

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $450,000 $480,000

Productivity Incentives : Available after initial term

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $50,000 (discussed at interview)

Relocation Assistance : Reimbursement-based

Insurance : Medical, dental, vision

Malpractice : Paid with tail coverage

CME : Paid time + allowance

Retirement : Employer-matched plan

PTO : Generous vacation and personal leave

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified or Eligible in Urology (within 5 years of residency)

New York medical license or willingness to obtain

DEA license or eligibility

Robotic experience preferred but not required

Must live more than 30 miles from the practice

Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
