We are looking for you to join our team as a Technical Services Project Manager (Level 3 or 4) based in either Sunnyvale, CA or Cape Canaveral, FL.
You will be part of the Platform Integration Team that provides direct technical support to the Trident II Submarine Launcher Subsystem for U.S. Navy's Columbia Class Submarine : a new construction ballistic missile submarine program. The successful candidate is expected to be a highly motivated, resourceful, self-starter able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers in high-tempo environments. This role will be part of a small, specialized team that provides direct technical and programs support to the shipyard installation and test team, and will actively serve as Technical Liaison between shipyard, programs, systems and design engineering, logistics, publications, as well as several government entities to quickly resolve technical issues to meet the shipyard construction schedules. This position will also be expected to review technical documentation, coordinate redline processes, status projects, prepare and facilitate meetings and customer briefings. They should be comfortable with applying analytical reasoning skills, identifying continuous improvement opportunities, dealing effectively with change and being a flexible team member, and possess solid organizational abilities.

Primary Level Salary Range : $95,300.00 - $165,500.00 Secondary Level Salary Range : $118,600.00 - $206,000.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
