Key Responsibilities
Lead proactive fraud and abuse hunts at scale by analyzing patterns in customer behavior and financial data
Investigate sophisticated abuse scenarios and partner with engineering teams to implement fraud mitigations
Monitor and own metrics related to fraud loss and mitigation efficacy, sharing insights with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
8+ years of hands-on experience in fraud analysis, risk operations, or abuse prevention in a high-scale environment
Deep familiarity with fraud tactics and strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and data warehouse querying
Comfort working in complex software environments and understanding cloud-native services
Customer-first mindset aimed at maximizing fraud prevention while minimizing impact to legitimate users
High integrity, strong judgment, and a track record of working independently on high-impact investigations
