Complete the screening process on new and existing professional accounts
Handle customer service calls and perform account updates and compliance tasks
Identify and flag potential risks while maintaining data integrity
Required Qualifications
Experience managing a high volume of accounts
Strong customer service skills with a focus on emotional intelligence
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in computer applications, including Gmail, CRMs, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
Must be flexible with work schedules, including potential shifts from Tuesday to Saturday
