About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Must-Have :

• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room experience
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC certifications

Description :

Position in the Emergency Room.

Ratios are 1 : 4.

Holiday shifts and Charge RN assignments may be required as needed.

Weekend requirement of 8 shifts within a 6-week scheduling period, including combinations of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Preferred skills include Arterial line management, and interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases.

Responsibilities include management of multisystem organ dysfunction and failure, continuous IV sedation, and respiratory support for ventilated patients.

Additional skills include triage and isolation precautions.

Candidates must float to different areas as needed within scope.

Regular and ongoing training and development will be provided.

Additional Information :

Candidate must have experience managing pediatric and adult patients.

The facility handles a variety of non-trauma emergency cases and may occasionally require management of obstetric patients.

All candidates must pass a drug screening process.

Two professional references are required, one must be from a supervisor.

Candidates who do not meet the experience criteria may not be considered.
