My Pet's Place in Buford, Georgia is looking for a CSR / Lodging Tech with growth opportunities at our boarding / daycare / grooming facility. My Pet’s Vet, a successful veterinary hospital, has added more services for our clients by providing them a place they feel happy and comfortable bringing their fur babies for playtime and / or overnight stays. Responsibilities and Duties

The Lodging Technician is responsible for the cleanliness and comfort of our guests.

• Work with a sense of urgency & intent
• Deliver outstanding client service through knowledge of products services and benefits available
• Follow through with all commitments made to clients and / or team members in a timely manner.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly chores.
• Partner with the Playtime staff during morning Buddy times, ensuring proper supervision, and care of pets as needed
• Ensure all necessary documentation of meals, potty breaks and that all interactions are completed.
• Complete pet’s intro and exit evaluations.
• Ensure each pet received outstanding service by providing safe, enjoyable experience during each and every interaction.
• Clean lodging areas
