KEVCO Building Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing Waterproofing and Restoration Division.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience with a specialty contractor in waterproofing, concrete repair or masonry and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You’ll manage projects from estimating through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability on every job.

You’ll also take the lead in overseeing KEVCO’s proprietary Lifecycle360 platform, our custom technology system that streamlines reporting, communication, and project performance. This role connects the dots between field teams, consultants, and clients to deliver exceptional results every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, scopes, and proposals
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
• Review and approve payroll, materials, and invoicing
• Ensure safety, quality, and documentation compliance
• Communicate effectively with clients, crews, and leadership
