• Providing high-quality RN care in post-acute facilities\n
• Collaborating with medical staff and residents to develop care plans\n
• Tracking outcomes and reviewing options with physicians and other nursing staff\n
• Administering and supervising appropriate treatments and medications to residents\n
• Making sure medical equipment is properly set up and monitored\n
• Informing residents and family members about best care options\n
• Drawing blood, urine, and other fluids for lab work\n
• Ensuring staff compliance with facility policies and nursing standards\n
• Verifying the accurate documentation of medical histories and interventions\n
• Supervising nurses and support staff, providing training as needed\n
• Assisting with incident investigations\n\nQualifications and Skills\n
• Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)\n
• Successful completion of approved nursing program\n
• Post-acute or in-patient hospital care experience (at least 4 months)\n
