Maintenance Technician

Gpac is seeking a  Maintenance Mechanic / Technician  to play a key role in performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and supporting daily production needs. You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Manager to maintain uptime, implement improvements, and ensure our equipment operates safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of food packaging and process equipment
• Conduct daily and weekly preventative maintenance inspections
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments for production
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Perform light plumbing, electrical, welding, and carpentry tasks as needed
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to recommend equipment upgrades
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Work in a refrigerated production environment
