Position Summary :
We are seeking a Male QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) or Masters-level clinician to provide individual and group therapy services to adolescents and adults. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental health, experience working with diverse populations, particularly men and boys, and a strong commitment to holistic and trauma-informed care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide individual, group, and / or family therapy to clients, with a focus on male populations
- Complete comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client goals and needs
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in accordance with clinical and ethical standards
- Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
- Collaborate with other providers and community partners to coordinate care and resources for clients
Qualifications :
Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (required)QMHP designation or eligibility in Illinois (required)Must identify as male, to support gender-specific programming and client comfortLicensed or license-eligible (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) in IllinoisMinimum of 12 years of clinical experience (internship experience considered)Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build therapeutic rapportExperience with trauma, mood disorders, and underserved populations is preferredCommitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in mental health careWhy Join Us?
