Do you want to take on responsibility and make an operational impact? As a Repair Manager, you will oversee your team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure efficient fleet operations. Your role at SIXT :

• You oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting activities to ensure compliance with standards, cost efficiency, and timely execution
• You manage vendor selection, evaluation, and coordination for maintenance, body repair, and other fleet-related services
• You ensure adherence to policies, best practices, and quality standards through monitoring and inspections
• You collaborate with Branch Operations Management and keep the Regional Fleet Manager informed of key performance indicators
• You provide reports, presentations, and perform additional duties as assigned
