Key Responsibilities

Verify property information accuracy by cross-referencing internal data with online listings

Provide accurate pricing analyses based on market conditions and comparable properties

Determine renewal pricing while considering rent control regulations and respond to homeowner requests regarding pricing adjustments

Required Qualifications

Strong previous project / task management experience required

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field

Detail-oriented with the ability to spot discrepancies and resolve issues proactively

Efficient with the ability to work under tight deadlines

Process-driven with a willingness to suggest improvements
