Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Counter Sales Representative.

Ferguson is currently seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our team at our 763 Beechcroft Rd Spring Hill, TN location. All new associates will train at one of our other local branches until the transition in January-February 2026.

Schedule : Monday-Friday 7am-4pm plus overtime as needed

Pay Range : $15.00 - $21.68

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles or Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
