Production Team Member

Job Description

Join a US Defense manufacturing team as a Production Team Member . You’ll operate and monitor production equipment, perform quality checks, keep accurate run records, and help the line hit daily output and safety targets.

Key Responsibilities

Operate production machinery per SOPs; start-up, changeover, and basic adjustments

Monitor line performance; escalate and help troubleshoot minor issues to reduce downtime

Perform visual inspections and in-process quality checks; document results accurately

Record production counts, lot / shift data, and inventory movements

Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE ; support 5S / continuous improvement

Collaborate with teammates and leads to meet shift goals

Required Qualifications

1+ year experience in a production or warehouse environment

VantageClear or active security clearance required.

Mechanical aptitude; comfortable with basic hand / tools and machine interfaces

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced setting

Clear communication, teamwork, and reliable attendance

Preferred

Experience with basic quality checks, line documentation, or inventory systems

Familiarity with 5S / Lean practices or GMP / ISO environments

Bilingual a plus
