• Position Overview The Program Site Director will oversee the day-to-day development, implementation, and operations of the HANAC COMPASS after-school program at PS330Q.
• This role is responsible for ensuring program compliance, staff supervision, quality improvement, and maintaining all mandated standards under OCFS, NYCPS, and DYCD guidelines.
• Responsibilities Manage all aspects of after-school, holiday camp, and summer camp operations.
• Supervise program staff and participants to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate reporting in the COMPASS online system; ensure timely submission of required reports.
• Oversee payroll procedures, including staff supervision and approvals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor program activities, lesson plans, and participant attendance.
• Work in close coordination with HANAC Program Supervisors, School Leadership, DYCD, and OCFS representatives.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed.
• Conduct ongoing quality reviews and implement program improvements.
• Ensure adherence to all licensing and certification requirements.
