Customer Service and Order Entry Specialist

Schedule :  Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Pay Rate :  $22-$25 / hour

What You’ll Do :

As a  Customer Service and Order Entry Specialist , you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and service. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Communicating directly with customers and the sales team, answering phone calls, and processing orders.
  • Handling data entry tasks, including accurately recording and processing orders.
  • Managing credit card processing for transactions.
  • Assisting with deposits as needed

What We’re Looking For :

  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, personable demeanor.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or order entry role preferred.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, accuracy with data entry, and the ability to work collaboratively within a small office environment.
