The Opportunity
We’re seeking a proactive, highly organized Office Administrator to lead the day-to-day administrative operations at our San Antonio branch , which supports major commercial and infrastructure projects throughout the region.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a field-oriented, fast-moving environment and enjoys blending hands-on administrative leadership with team coordination and compliance support .

You’ll help oversee operations impacting up to 50 employees, with around 20 direct reports in administrative and support roles. This branch is high-energy and service-driven , requiring a confident leader who can bring structure and clarity to day-to-day operations. You’ll work directly with the Regional Operations Manager and HR Director to drive efficiency and support field teams in real time.
