Responsibilities

Product Inspector responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to :

Product Inspector ensure food products meet quality and safety standards throughout their life-cycle. This includes inspecting raw materials, monitoring production processes, and documenting findings to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

This involves visual and tactile inspections, as well as testing using equipment to assess quality attributes like color, texture, size, and consistency.

Monitoring production processes :

This includes observing production lines, and ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles.

Reporting and communicating :

Communicating quality issues to relevant teams, including other production personnel, supervisors, and management.

This is a safety sensitive position. This position is on-site.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates for the Product Inspector position should possess the following :

Attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment of 45 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit

Ability to lift up to 50 Lbs

Ability to work standing for an entire shift

Excellent attendance a must

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
