What You'll Do :
As a Parts Advisor , you're a key player in keeping our service department running smoothly and our customers on the road. You'll be the go-to expert for parts knowledge and support. Your responsibilities will include :
Managing parts inventory and tracking expenses efficiently
Coordinating with the Service Manager to ensure parts are available for timely repairs
Training and supervising counter associates to exceed performance goals
Delivering top-tier customer service and handling concerns with professionalism
Staying current on warranty guidelines, manufacturer policies, and return procedures
Hiring, motivating, and mentoring a high-performing parts team
Maintaining an organized, well-stocked inventory system
Pricing parts accurately and updating systems regularly
Prioritizing safety, compliance, and exceptional service across all interactions
What We're Looking For :
2+ years experience in automotive parts and / or sales (preferred)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
A professional appearance and a desire to grow your career
