Responsibilities :
You’ll be responsible for hiring, employee training and development, managing the floor, opening and closing the restaurant, writing schedules, managing cash, complying with applicable laws, and most importantly, ensuring our guests receive the consistent quality food and service we are known for!You’ll need to ensure the restaurant is kept clean and safe at all times, and enforce the systems, policies, procedures, checklists and other brand standards we provide to you uniformly and consistently.You’ll need to communicate constantly with your staff, management team and corporate, check emails daily, give and receive direction and ensure information is passed down the chain of command quickly and correctly.You’ll need to prep fresh food, excel in the kitchen, and know how to work the expo windowYou must be willing and able to :
Stand up and move for most - if not all - of your shiftWork weekends and holidaysLift up to 50 lbsGet to work in inclement weather (we are from Buffalo, we don’t close for snow)Operate restaurant equipment like grills, dishwashers and slicers.Understand and communicate in the predominant language of our guests.What The Dirty Buffalo offers YOU :
