Training Specialist – Riviera Beach, FL
Full-Time | Onsite | $60,000–$70,000 + Benefits
I’m partnered with an established organization in Riviera Beach that is seeking a Training Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of company-wide training and development programs. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about employee growth and engagement who enjoys building and facilitating impactful learning experiences.
The Training Specialist will play a key role in organizing and delivering training sessions, managing learning systems, and supporting professional development initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate, schedule, and administer in-person and virtual training sessions.
Support the design and delivery of training content, including technical, soft skills, and management development programs.
Facilitate New Hire Orientation and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and reports.
Manage training logistics, including materials, attendance, and evaluations.
Assist in the development of learning materials and eLearning content.
Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) — Cornerstone experience preferred.
Partner with leaders and HR to identify training needs and recommend learning solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in training coordination, facilitation, or L&D support.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone strongly preferred).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in Supply Chain or Logistics industry a plus.
