Overview

Workforce Solutions – Rewards and Global Tax – Senior Manager at PwC. This role focuses on consulting in total rewards, compensation programmes, and employee benefits within the Workforce Solutions team. The Senior Manager leads compensation-related projects, designs reward strategies aligned with business priorities and market practices, and engages in large-scale projects such as mergers and acquisitions and IPO structuring. Travel up to 60% may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams in executing compensation-related initiatives
  • Oversee Initial Public Offering (IPO) structuring efforts
  • Foster collaboration in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Maintain alignment with market practices and client expectations

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 8 years of experience
  • What Sets You Apart

  • Proficiency in driving new business and managing multiple client accounts at once
  • In-depth relationships with senior client counterparts at an executive level
  • Ability to manage financial aspects of client engagements
  • Understanding of market and industry trends
  • Mastery in Compensation and Benefits Accounting and / or Tax
  • Demonstrating experience leading and managing teams of consultants and client stakeholders
  • Knowledge of payroll and equity administration, compensation tax and policy research
  • Executive presence with persuasive oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence decision makers across organizational levels
  • Salary range for this position is $124,000 - $280,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, in compliance with employment laws.
