About The Position

Job Title : MRI Tech

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Specialty : MRI Tech

Duration : 16 weeks

Shift : Day 4x10-Hour

Hours per Shift : 10 hours

Experience : Minimum of 1 year required. The unit accepts first-time travelers.

License : Active state license required.

Certifications : ARRT MR, ARRT R, BLS required. ARMRIT not accepted.

Must-Have :

• Experience in various MRI techniques including Abdomen, Brain, and Chest.
• Familiarity with contrast media preparation and / or administration.
• Proficient in image post-processing.

Description :

The facility is a transplant center and a primary stroke center.

The focus is on MRI / MRA procedures.

The work schedule is Saturday through Tuesday.

No call duty is required.

Floating within the facility and outpatient settings may be necessary.

Travelers are expected to work major holidays, with specified policies regarding holiday time off.

Candidates are subject to a clinical review for fit.

Full compliance is required for timely onboarding.

Local candidates are acceptable.

Holiday time off requests are limited based on assignment duration.

A pre-application fee is required for processing.

Travelers must submit core items promptly after contract signing for timely start.

Modules are non-billable and hours are factored into orientation requirements.

Travelers with previous affiliations must satisfy a one-year interval before reapplying.

References must be from supervisory roles.
