Responsibilities
Travel to client offices to execute hardware and software project installationsAssist with the administration of a network / server environmentAssist with hardware replacement, software updates, and office expansionsMonitor network performanceAct as Help Desk resource when not assigned project workPerform testing to provide a diagnosis of issuesPerform routine updates and maintenance tasksBuild an excellent rapport with the clientProblem-solve complex situations using a wide variety of internal and external resourcesComplete detailed project walkthroughs and provide recommendations to the Sales team to prepare for a given projectCommunicate directly with clients and project managers to effectively plan and execute project phasesManage time entries and notes in ticketsMaintain a detailed knowledge of internal standards and best practices for installing new equipmentQualifications
Minimum 1-year of customer service experienceMinimum 1-year of technical support experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to utilize PC and other tools to accomplish goals and activitiesDisplays outstanding customer service skills and professionalismDisplays excellent problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage time efficientlyAbility to work independently and on a teamMethodical, organized, and detail-oriented work habitsAvailability for on-call work rotationContinuously exhibit a Rest Assured mindsetQualifications
Minimum 1-year of Field Support or Help Desk experienceAdditional Requirements
