Schedule : Mon-Thurs (8 : 30am-4 : 30pm); Fri (8 : 00am-4pm) No on-call or callback responsibilities. Required : Active OR license. Certifications : BC, BLS, and DEA Minimum 2 years of Physician experience in primary care Compensation : Receive weekly paycheck 100% malpractice insurance covered
