The Role :

We are looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) to join our growing practice. In this role, you will manage an outpatient panel of approximately 16–18 patients per day, focusing on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and coordination of specialty care. This position offers flexibility with part-time or full-time options and includes no hospital rounding. Call duties are light and shared equally among providers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive medical histories and physical examinations.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests to establish accurate diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for preventive care and chronic disease management.
  • Provide acute care visits and perform minor procedures within the scope of outpatient primary care.
  • Prescribe, adjust, and monitor therapeutic medications and non-pharmacologic interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (Epic).
  • Collaborate with a supportive and friendly administrative and clinical team.

  • Qualifications :

  • MD or DO with an unrestricted California medical license.
  • Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Current DEA registration.
  • Fluency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) is a plus.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems.
