Our Company is seeking a n experienced and highly motivated Housekeeper for our Beautiful Apartment Community of 239 units in Miami, FL .

Schedule : Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm

Job Type : Full-Time

Job Description Summary :

The Housekeeper maintains the cleanliness of the common areas, amenity areas, hallways, offices, and stairwells of building. Works to make the living experience, particularly the first and last impressions, of the highest quality. Remains informed and aware of conditions that could have an impact on the quality of the living environment.

Responsibilities :

• Clean and maintain both interior and exterior spaces; including vacant apartments, work areas, lobbies, lounges, pool area and chairs.
• Empty and clean trash and garbage containers, transport trash and waste to disposal area.
• Keep housekeeping materials and supplies organized, request reorder as needed.
• Maintains proper inventory of cleaning products and materials on janitorial carts.
• Sweep, mop, scrub tile and flooring as needed.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas as needed.
• Adaptable to work in indoor and outdoor environments, outdoor temperatures will vary.
• Assignments may include physical activity including heavy lifting and climbing ladders.
