What You Bring :
A minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in Insurance UnderwritingA comprehensive understanding of Excess & Surplus (E&S) guidelinesDeep familiarity with insurance products, markets, ratings, and underwriting proceduresProficiency with Microsoft Office, carrier websites, and other relevant software systemsKey Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management : Ensure clients feel valued by providing superior customer service.Account Analysis : Conduct comprehensive account analysis, data management, and documentation review to maintain accurate and complete underwriting files for endorsements.Risk Assessment : Utilize advanced underwriting principles and comprehensive loss analysis to accurately determine risk.Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with agents / brokers, business partners, and customers.Organizational : Demonstrate exceptional planning and organizational skills.Underwriting Operations : Efficiently process all renewals, new business applications, and endorsements to enhance underwriting interest.Policy Management : Review and approve policy changes as needed.Reporting & Auditing : Analyze reports, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.Apply today to become a vital part of this dynamic team!
