Are you interested in developing your career with a wellness focused organization? Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a full time Assistant Spa Manager to join our growing leadership team in Wilkes Barre.

The ideal candidate for the AM position should have 1-2 years' experience in a customer facing role, and should be responsible, highly organized, and confident. At Hand & Stone, our goal is for the entire team to provide a world-class guest experience, and the Assistant Manager supports the Spa Manager and the staff in delivering incredible service.

The primary qualifications and requirements for the AM role are a combination of administrative and sales focused tasks and include :

• A passion for people, high enthusiasm, & a positive attitude
• Enjoys working on a team
• Open to ongoing education opportunities & training
• Proficiency with technology and point of sale systems is required. Extensive training provided to gain proficiency on the H&S system
• Experience training other staff members is preferred, but not required
• Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy, facial services and products, along with the spa Lifestyle Program
• Assist with and / or oversee administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory, and reporting
• Ability to work a flexible schedule is a must, including days, evenings & weekends

Compensation Package : Full Time, hourly plus performance-based commission package
