Multicultural Community Services is a Human Service company for individuals with developmental disabilities. We are looking for creative, energetic and dependable people to work in our Agency with Choice Program. The Agency with Choice is a day program that is self-directed by families and their sons / daughters. The family / individual, with your assistance, will create a unique day program in their local community. You will be assisting the individual with finding volunteer opportunities, working at the volunteer job, working on developing skills such as ADL, shopping, money management, and more. If you like helping people and enriching their lives than this is the job for you.

You must have a High School Diploma, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, pass and CORI and Fingerprint background check. We are looking for many people to fill a variety of hours in several location. We are looking for people in Springfield, Longmeadow, Holyoke, Palmer, Westfield, Huntington, Belchertown and West Springfield. The available hours are Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am & 4pm. You can work anywhere from 4 to 40 hours weekly - very flexible.
