Strategic Finance Manager

A company is looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to enhance the finance organization's impact through strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic priorities by executing initiatives in partnership with the CFO to strengthen financial foundations and growth

Lead high-impact projects with cross-functional teams to develop tools and processes that accelerate revenue growth

Support financial planning by contributing to budgeting and forecasting, ensuring alignment between strategy and financial outcomes

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in finance, consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategic roles, with 2 years in a high-growth company

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and deliver measurable results

Familiarity with accounting principles, though hands-on execution experience is not required

Proficiency in Excel and SQL or other coding / business intelligence tools
